Rates Packaging

Packages encourage customers to select the coverage they need rather than purchasing the lowest cost option. The intended outcome was that by deterring customers from purchasing insufficient coverage, we are able increase the lifetime value of a policy holder. This started as a 50/50 split test for all drivers in California.

Popular bodily injury limits based on age, occupation and vehicle year were used to develop over 60 likely package combinations.
